Tony Marriott Tony Marriott qualified in 1975 and became a Partner in 1978. He worked in commercial litigation and insolvency until 1992. Since then, he has worked on many important civil POA cases, including: Moss Side action In the employment field, he has been involved in key issues such as Leave into Hours, Working Time Regulation cases, the mass action by Rampton Hospital staff and Injunctions; e.g. in the Darken case. Tony has also overseen the defence work in the Wakefield and Wormwood Scrubs prosecutions and the inquest into the deaths of Severin Stevens, and Shipman Prosecutions as well as co-ordinating the Associations representations at the Inquiry into the death of Zahid Mubarek which sat in London during 2004-2005.
