Stuart Capstick

Stuart joined Lees Lloyd Whitley in July 2007 having gained 9 years experience conducting a varied caseload of Claimant Personal Injury, Civil and Commercial litigation matters at his previous firm, DP Roberts Hughes & Denye. During this period Stuart also completed his studies, part-time at Liverpool John Moores University, before ultimately qualifying as a Solicitor in February 2005.

In February 2007 Stuart made the decision to focus on his interest of Employer’s Liability claims and so is very pleased to have subsequently realised this by moving to LLW and into the field of Trade Union law. Within 12 months of joining LLW, Stuart was awarded Associate status.

Stuart lives in Higher Bebington with his wife and their baby daughter. His interests include attending social events, cars, watching films, playing snooker, squash and attempting to play golf.
