Melissa Kponou

Melissa initially worked within the Mental Health field for a number of years before commencing her career in Law. She was called to the Bar in 2001 and subsequently practised in Immigration and Asylum Law whilst based in London. Then in 2004 Melissa returned to her home town Liverpool, to practice in Employment Law, exclusively undertaking Claimant work. Melissa joined the LLW Union Law Department to continue her professional development whilst maintaining her commitment to Claimant work.

In her spare time Melissa likes various sports, having once been a National Dragon Boat champion. Melissa also likes socialising with friends and family.
