Keith Sheppard Keith, joined Lees Lloyd Whitley as a Practice Clerk in 1992 at our London Office. He moved to the Debt Recovery Department as a Legal Clerk and, from 1997 he supervised and managed a Team responsible for work on behalf of a major national Client. In that time Keith specialised in Insolvency Litigation and regularly appeared as an Advocate in the Royal Courts of Justice. Whilst working in Insolvency he balanced work with part time study to qualify through ILEX in 2003, and is now a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. At the same time the Firm accredited him with Associate status. In the summer of 2004 Keith joined the POA Department and has recently worked on two important cases, the Public Inquiry into the death of Zahid Mubarek, which sat for 65 days in London during 2004-2005 and the inquest into the death of Harold Shipman. Keith now has responsibility with Anthony Marriott and Jennifer Coakley-Harding for dealing with and advising on Death in Custody Cases and deals with Inquests throughout England and Wales. Keith’s
interests away from the office involve playing as much football and
golf as possible and watching Tottenham Hotspur FC.
