Karen Pritchard

Karen, joined LLW as a Practice Clerk in November 1999 in the Personal Injury Department. In a short time, she advanced to an Administrators position, hoping to gain more experience with a view to beginning the Ilex Course.

In September 2001, Karen took on a Fee Earner role at the same time as enrolling at the Liverpool Community College to study Law. She worked closely with Glenys Hunt, solely on Personal Injury cases until 2003 when Frank Rogers introduced her to the world of the POA, and Trade Union Law!

During the next two years Karen continued to increase her workload of Personal Injury cases for both Private Clients and POA Members. Her particular interest has for some time been CICA cases for POA Members.

Following a year’s leave in late 2005 – 2006, Karen rejoined LLW’s Union Law Department to work alongside Simon Higgs and the Team he now leads.

Karen is a member of her local Bowls Team and uses her weekends to get much needed practice in! When she’s not on the Green, she’s attending to her Allotment or spending time in her kitchen cooking up something new. Karen is also a follower of most sports, Liverpool Football club being her main passion!
