Joanne Taylor

Joanne Taylor joined LLW's Employment Department in 1999, having gained experience with the Commercial Litigation Department. Joanne's areas of expertise include all aspects of Employment Law and she has significant experience in Discrimination Law and Unfair Dismissal Claims.

Her POA "success stories" include a substantial settlement, exceeding the statutory maximum for a member in an unfair dismissal claim and has successfully pursued claims for discrimination against Governor Grades.

Joanne's current role is to liase with Glyn Travis regarding new and ongoing Employment cases. Joanne carries out the initial risk assessment of this work to ensure there are no limitation problems before passing the papers to a member of the Employment Department, who will then liaise with both member and branch to ensure we have all the required informaiton to enable us to assess the case in terms of POA Circular 60/91.

Joanne is an avid Liverpool Supporter and also enjoys socialising with friends and attending the Theatre.
