Beverley
Faulkner
Beverley left school and attended
Millbank College of Commerce in Liverpool where she completed a condensed
Legal Secretary Course – this explains her outstanding IT skills
which put to shame many of the Team!
She was with her only previous Employer for 20 years and dealt with
a high volume of Personal Injury cases, including slip/trip, accidents
at work and road traffic accidents. At that firm she was also a Supervisor
for Debt and Welfare Advisors. She had the pleasure of dealing with
the Legal Services Commission to maintain their yearly funding contract!
She brings to the Team considerable experience of dealing with a broad
range of Personal Injury work.
Her appointment and that of Elaine Meehan (who joined the Team at the
same time) meant that Frank Rogers was able to increase the number of
Lawyers dealing exclusively with PI Personal Injury work from 5 to 7.
This was designed to expedite conduct of the work and help improve still
further the service provided to the Membership.
Beverley commenced work with Lees Lloyd Whitley in November 2005 and
has found the variety of work challenging and very interesting.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking, listening to music and entertaining
a very boisterous 4 year old daughter.
