Investors In People

Investors in People is best described as a framework that helps to improve the performance of a business. It does by assisting organisations introduce and use procedures that focus on business planning, objective setting, induction, staff training, reviewing performance via performance appraisals or similar. As you can see, nearly all of these things are related to "people" - the main and most important resource of this Firm.

The Firm has been re-assessed on both of the above on a number of occasions, and came through the process extremely well. In fact the results of our previous re-assessment showed that as a Firm we had improved against the IiP standards, a remarkable achievement in itself, with much of the credit going to all of you.
