Welcome to our dedicated Union Law website. LLW has fought to protect workers employment rights since 1975 and is proud of its long involvement in Trade Union legal work. I would like to tell you a bit more about us and I hope you find this website of interest.

We are a national practice, priding ourselves on our ability to be an innovative law firm, able to service corporate, public sector and private clients with the level of resource and expertise provided by large firms as well as providing the personal attention associated with smaller practices.

Lees Lloyd Whitley has a strong heritage, being able to trace its roots back to 1820 and has consistently built on its reputation of combining traditional values and personal service whilst meeting the clients requirements with a modern, technology based approach to legal matters.

The Firm can trace its connections to the POA back to 1975 when Frank Rogers acted for 4 Staff from HMP Liverpool who, were ultimately acquitted on charges of assault at Liverpool Crown Court. Our work for the Association has grown since then and we were proud to have been appointed National Solicitors in 1992. Since then we believe we have demonstrated our commitment to the Association in providing legal advice covering a wide range of issues and hoping the Association meet and overcome many of the challenges that it has had to face since then.
